2020 Pacesetters Award

The Pacesetters award honors metro Atlanta’s top 100 fastest-growing private companies with a track record for revenue and employee growth. To qualify for consideration for the Pacesetters Award, a firm must be based in the 20-county metro Atlanta region, have experienced a two-year sales growth rate of at least 50 percent, and had revenue between $1 million and $300 million for 2019.

Mark Spain Real Estate experienced a two-year revenue growth rate of 86.2­% and closed over $1 billion in gross annual sales in 2019! In that same time period, our team grew by more than 114 percent. We are grateful to have continued actively hiring throughout 2020. In fact, we added nearly 60 additional real estate associates in May and June alone. In addition, we expanded to nine locations in three states – five in metro Atlanta and one in Athens, as well as offices in Raleigh, Charlotte, and Nashville.
