Peachtree Heights Real Estate
The neighborhood of Peachtree Heights consists of a Peachtree Heights East and a Peachtree Heights West. There are about 400 homes in the area and they tend to be of the traditional and classical styles. In 1980 this neighborhood was added to the National Register of Historic Places. One quick drive through the neighborhood and you will understand why.
Unfortunately, some of the grand homes that once could be seen as soon as you drove up have been replaced by high rise condos and businesses. However, if you keep driving you will run into West Wesley Road, Andrews Drive and Rivers Road. It is these three streets, as well as a few others, that are home to some of the most historic houses in all of Atlanta.
West Wesley Road actually runs right through the heart of the neighborhood. Besides the historic homes in the area, other well-known landmarks include the Atlanta History Center and Buckhead Village.
Anyone who is a fan of old school architecture will love living in Peachtree Heights. Many of the homes were built by some of the greatest architects in the Buckhead area. Some of them include Buck Crook, Phillip Shutze and Neel Reid. This area of Buckhead has often been referred to as the Beverly Hills of Atlanta. This is because the homes are just so magnificent.

The neighborhood of Peachtree Heights is part of the Atlanta public school system. Some of the schools in the area include:

- E Rivers Elementary
All of these schools are considered some of the best in all of Atlanta. There are also several more private and public schools your child would be able to attend.
Peachtree Heights is an upscale neighborhood that sits along one of the busiest streets in Atlanta, Peachtree Street. It can easily be accessed and gives you easy access to all the good food and good shopping you could ever want or need.
